International Repatriation with Full Administration Services
Our company offers the repatriation of deceased foreign nationals from Hungary with full administrative services. We obtain the necessary permits and documents, arrange the death certificate, and organize road or air transportation. We also provide preparation of the body, including embalming and the funeral supplies in compliance with international regulations.
We offer highly competitive rates for repatriation services to Romania and Ukraine, taking into account local traditions and expectations. We provide fast, reliable, and discreet administrative services to ensure that families can say their final goodbyes to their loved ones in a dignified manner.

The process of the service
In case of death occurring in a hospital, we undertake to have the death documentation issued within a short time frame. Additionally, we obtain the necessary health authority permit for the transportation of the deceased within 24 hours of issuing the Death Examination Certificate. We obtain the deceased’s death certificate from the competent registry office of the place of death. In parallel with the administrative tasks, we arrange for the preparation of the body for transport, including embalming, and provide a certificate of this as part of the death documentation.
Upon request, we offer the family of the deceased the opportunity to view their loved one in dignified conditions at an agreed-upon time before the body is transported. In such cases, we carry out aesthetic preparation on the body to ensure that it is in the best possible condition for the family to say their final goodbye.

In Hungary, it is necessary to obtain a so-called "acceptance statement," which is issued by the cemetery chosen for the funeral. This document confirms that the cemetery will provide a burial site for the deceased and will accept the body. Our company handles the full administration of obtaining the necessary permits and documents for both domestic and international transportation of the deceased.
In the event of a death abroad, a transport permit from the local competent medical officer must always be obtained, and in the event of a death resulting from a traffic accident, a permit from the police or prosecutor's office is also indispensable. In addition, it is necessary to obtain a death certificate at the place of death or at least report the death, which the authorities will provide a certificate of.

Necessary documents
If all the necessary documents have been obtained, the Hungarian Consular Service operating in the given country is competent to issue the international funeral transport permit. This permit is issued in the name of the funeral company that will actually transport the body to Hungary. This Consular permit is also the Hungarian funeral permit. Its existence is essential for the legal performance of funeral services.
