The process of the service
Preparing a body for air transport, or embalming, requires serious expertise. We work with the best embalming experts in Budapest to ensure proper treatment, which allows for up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated transport. During our service, we use funeral supplies that comply with IATA international air transport regulations.
If the death occurred in a hospital, we undertake to quickly obtain the death documentation, including the death certificate and the medical examiner's license, which we will arrange within 24 hours of the issuance of the Postmortem Examination Certificate. In parallel with the administration, we also prepare the body for transport, i.e. embalming, and attach the certificate to the necessary documents, ensuring a smooth and respectful transport process.

We contact the selected airline, send them the necessary documentation for the reservation, reserve a seat on the plane for the shipment containing the deceased's body. We prepare the customs and forwarding documentation necessary for the transport.
